Papers List | Variables List

Here is the current list of 'variables' currently in the phenowiki database. These can be behavioral tasks, neuropsychological tests, other indicators or measures. They also can be more abstract 'concepts' or latent variables typically associated with the more quantitative 'variables' (hopefully!). These wiki-pages are automatically generated through one of two mechanisms. Either entering a paper into the database that contains a new variable, or creating a link in a wiki-page that points to a new variable. Users can then annotate these pages with information on the description, history and relationship to other variables in the database. For examples, see Schizophrenia or Response Inhibition or Stroop pages
