For registration purposes and also for structural imaging analyses, an MPRAGE was acquired during scan A.
The parameters for MPRAGE were the following: TR = 1.9 s, TE = 2.26 ms, FOV = 250, matrix = 256 x 256, saggital plane, slice thickness = 1 mm, 176 slices.
The structural data was processed in Freesurfer, details can be found at: Freesurfer_Quality_Control
A list of individuals with excessive motion resulting in unuseable data can be found at: MPRAGE_Motion
