Parameters

Image acquisition
Data were collected using a 3T Siemens Trio MRI scanner. For each task run, functional T2*-weighted echoplanar images (EPIs) were collected with the following parameters: slice thickness = 4 mm, 34 slices, TR = 2 s, TE = 30 ms, flip angle = 90°, matrix 64 x 64, FOV = 192 mm. Additionally, a T2-weighted matched-bandwidth high-resolution anatomical scan (same slice prescription as EPI) and MPRAGE were collected. The parameters for MPRAGE were the following: TR = 1.9 s, TE = 2.26 ms, FOV = 250, matrix = 256 x 256, saggital plane, slice thickness = 1 mm, 176 slices.
