To assess BOLD motion, we used .par files created during the setup_subjects script. The .par file has columns of motion data for each timepoint, corresponding to these values: Tx, Ty, Tz, Rx, Ry, Rz. From these, we calculated the displacement between two points for each of the directions. (P2-P1, P3-P2, etc.) Each task by each subject has a file that documents the max value of displacement for each direction (maxTx, maxTy, maxTz, maxRx, maxRy, maxRz), and the max among the translational directions (MaxTrans) and the max among the rotational directions (MaxRot).

The compilations of these values can be found by group and task (ADHD_BART, BIPOLAR_SCAP, etc) when requesting data These values (per task/per subject) can also be found in the top left corner of the diagnostic pdf of each BOLD file
