Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised

Basic Characteristics

  • Description

The ADI-R is a diagnostic tool used to rule out ASD or other developmental problems. It consists of a structured interview where the child is presented with over 100 items. A caregiver is present during the interview. The interview is rated upon the child's communication, social interaction, repetitive behaviors, and age-of-onset of symptoms.
